It's foundations are built on ten ethical principles and observances for enhancing self-awareness, living more peacefully and compassionately with ourselves and the world around us.

Yoga also offers practical tools incorporating movement, breath, focus, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. It has the power to hugely transform our health and wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

It's been scientifically proven to reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve mobility, build strength, enhance emotional stability, nervous system regulation, and support trauma recovery.

I offer in-person and online group yoga classes, workshops and retreats, as well as private yoga, coaching programs, corporate and community yoga in Belfast and beyond
